Jersey Soft Wash Supply Warranty Plan

Standard Warranty Coverage

All Jersey Soft Wash Supply trailer builds include the following coverage:

• 
  Trailer Build Warranty – 90 days from date of delivery.
  
  Covers defects in workmanship, plumbing, electrical wiring, and assembly.
  
  Excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, chemical damage, freezing, or customer-installed modifications.
  
• 
  Engine Warranty (Honda GX690) – 3 years manufacturer warranty, honored by any certified Honda dealer.
  
• 
  Pump Warranty (GP Pump) – 1 year manufacturer warranty, handled through GP service centers.
  
• 
  Soft Wash System Warranty – 1 year warranty on the plumbing, and system assembly.
  
  
  Batteries, hoses, and fittings are considered wear items and covered only against initial defects (30 days).
  
  
• 
  Hose Reels & Hardware – 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects.
  

Optional Upgrades

• 
  Extended Build Warranty – Add 1 year of build coverage for $399.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• 
  Damage caused by improper operation, freezing, or chemical misuse.
  
• 
  Normal wear items (hoses, tips, O-rings, gaskets, 12v pumps, fittings, batteries beyond initial defect).
  
• 
  Customer-installed modifications or third-party repairs without authorization.
  

Warranty Claims Process

1. 
   Contact Jersey Soft Wash Supply with serial number and proof of purchase.
   
2. 
   Provide photos/videos of the issue.
   
3. 
   If covered, parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Labor beyond the 90-day build warranty is the customer’s responsibility.
   
4. 
   Manufacturer warranties (Honda, GP, etc.) must be handled through certified service centers.
   

Transferability

Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
