# Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Jersey Soft Wash Supply, LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges:

### 1. **Returns for Customer-Ordered Mistakes**
- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned within **25 days** (approximately 3 and a half weeks) from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in **NEW** and **UNUSED** condition to qualify for credit.
- A **20% restocking fee** will apply to such returns, and the credit will exclude original shipping costs and applicable fees.
- **Prior authorization** is required for all returns. Please contact Jersey Soft Wash Supply, LLC for return approval before sending the item back.

### 2. **Returns for Incorrectly Shipped Items**
- If an item is shipped in error by Jersey Soft Wash Supply, LLC, the customer must return it within **15 days** (about 2 weeks) of receiving written notification.
- **Written notification** includes electronic communications such as email or chat.
- The return will be at no cost to the customer, and the incorrectly shipped item remains the property of Jersey Soft Wash Supply, LLC.

### 3. **Exchanges**
- Items can be exchanged within **25 days** of the purchase date, provided they are in **NEW** and **UNUSED** condition.
- For exchange approval, please contact us before returning the product.

### 4. **Special Order Items**
- **Special order items are FINAL SALE** and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. 

### 5. **Right to Refuse**
- Jersey Soft Wash Supply, LLC reserves the right to refuse any returns, refunds, or exchanges at its discretion.
