1. Description of Work

This agreement covers a custom soft wash system build and installation as quoted by Jersey Soft Wash Supply. All components will be installed and assembled professionally according to industry standards.

2. Included Equipment & Services

The following items are included in this custom build:

• Comet P40 Electric Start 

• (4) 18" Aluminum / Stainless Steel Electric Hose Reels

• 200’ of 5/8" Soft Wash Hose

• Hydro-Mixer XL

• Miscellaneous Plumbing Parts

• Stainless Steel Hardware

• General Pump Wash Down Gun

• Shop Installation Labor (Discounted Rate)

3. Pricing

• Subtotal (before tax and fees): $7,420.00

• Deposit Required: 50% of subtotal

• Deposit Amount (before tax and fees): $3,710.00

• Applicable taxes and fees are due at the time of deposit payment

This invoice represents a deposit only, not the full project cost.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit plus applicable tax and fees is required to begin the build

• Remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to pickup or delivery

• No equipment will be released until the balance is paid in full

5. Build Timeline

Build time begins after deposit payment is received and all required components are available. Any delays caused by supplier backorders or customer-requested changes may extend the timeline.

6. Custom Build & Final Sale

This is a custom-built system. Once the deposit is paid:

• All sales are final

• Deposits are non-refundable

• No cancellations once parts are ordered or work has begun

7. Warranty

This build includes a 90-Day Workmanship Warranty, covering installation-related issues only.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Chemical damage

• Freeze damage

• Improper use or maintenance

• Modifications made after delivery

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment for this invoice, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• This invoice represents a 50% deposit only

• All pricing, terms, and conditions have been reviewed

• The custom build and final sale policy is understood and accepted
