🔧 Full Winterization & Maintenance Checklist:

System Protection

Blow out all water lines using regulated air (40–60 PSI) — includes tanks, hoses, reels, gun lines, and injectors

Drain buffer tanks completely

Engine Maintenance

Drain and replace engine oil to manufacturer specs (Honda GX270/GX390, Kohler, etc.)

Inspect and clean air filter; replace if necessary

Add fuel stabilizer and run engine briefly to circulate through carburetor

Fog engine cylinder with light storage oil for corrosion protection

Inspect spark plug and replace if fouled or aged

Pump Maintenance

Drain and refill pump oil (CAT, General, Comet, or equivalent) with fresh non-detergent oil

Inspect seals, sight glass, and check valves for leaks or water intrusion

Clean inlet filter and chemical injector to remove debris or surfactant buildup

Lube all fittings

Inspect hoses, reels, and quick connects for wear or cracks

Check ball valves and unloader for leaks or stiffness

Remove and clean spray nozzles and tips, ensuring proper spray pattern
